Encore Awards is a leading award company in southern California.
Encore was founded in 1984. In 1987, we acquired Hollywood Trophy, which had been doing business in Hollywood since 1969. Some of its accounts included the Golden Globe Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards, Golden Trailer Awards, and Student Academy Awards.
Al's Rubber Stamp of Whittier, which has conducted business since 1952, joined the Encore name in 1997. Jensen Rubber Stamp of Long Beach, was acquired in 2001. Jensen opened its shop way back in 1929.
For the past 92 years, Encore has been a respected source of such high profile products as the Golden Globe Awards and the internet Webby Awards. Over time, Encore has acquired and joined forces with many companies, and formed various strategic partnerships with well known industry leaders such as Marcos Group, Millennium Marking Company and Topmost World, Inc. We also belong to various acclaimed national organizations and trade associations such as ASI, PPAI, ARA, CVB & Chambers. These alliances and acquisitions have expanded Encore's ability to perform comprehensive design in almost any medium, all in our continuing efforts to better serve our business clients.
We maintain our own on site design capabilities to meet customer’s needs. Encore prides itself on creative, efficient, and fairly priced solutions to any business and retail client requirements, whether a yearly company award, a 1st place competition award, or a tag for dog. Encore is constantly searching for eco-friendly materials to do our part for the environment. We also contribute directly to our local schools and communities, donate 100% to non-profit like Teen Challenges. * All artwork should be supplied in vector format (pdf, ai, eps).
* All graphics converted to black and white with no gradient.
* All fonts converted to outlines.
* Art proofs are provided by email hen orders are received. Up to 3 revisions are included. All subsequent art proofs or when changes are requested after the proof is signed off will be defined as a "new artwork" and may be subject to an additional charge $30.
* Approal must be received before production begins.
Artwork/Text Formats we Accept Corel Draw (CDR), Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PSD). You can also send your attachments as TIFF, EPS, JPG. PDF files. Text can been sent via Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint programs but logos do not come out as well on these programs. When supplying artwork, be sure to convert fonts into Outline/Curves format just in case we don’t have the font you want on your award. Please be aware that Black & White line art images (vector format) is required for all items that need engraving/etching. Products that are sublimated can be sent as a Raster (Gray scale or color) image. The better the artwork, the better the final product. We do not have any magic buttons we can push to make poor quality artwork into good artwork. If you do not have good artwork or the capability to make it good, our art department can help you out. Artwork cost is priced at $60/hr., price quoted upon request. If artwork you send us is not acceptable or cannot be opened, we will notify you ASAP.
